How AiMonic helps you maintain your mental balance

The AiMonic program is a useful tool for gently managing your own emotions and moods. This may seem strange at first glance, but it has a serious basis.

Many factors influence our emotions and moods: emotional background, bodily sensations, conscious and unconscious thoughts, and so on. It is not surprising, because it is very tiring to keep our attention focused on something all the time. As a consequence, we do not always realize what is happening to us, because we do not notice changes in time.

The AiMonic program is based on the fact that almost all people's emotions are reflected on their faces in one way or another (professional poker players are a separate case, but they will benefit from this program as much as others). AiMonic constantly monitors your emotions and can alert you when you feel bad so you can take action: change your environment, stop bad and harmful thoughts or just rest. In essence, AiMonic will fulfill the function of an attentive friend who is always nearby and ready to prompt you when it sees that something is wrong with you.

You will probably find it useful to set up a program to control the following emotions from being too strong (by means of the upper limits): Anger, Contempt, Disgust, Fear, Sadness. You can also set up warnings for too weak manifestation of the Happiness emotion (via the lower limits), so that the program will warn you when the emotion you are expressing does not look like happiness at all.

It is quite possible that you may not want to limit yourself in the manifestation of negative emotions, but you will definitely try to avoid getting “stuck” in them. In this case, set up a delayed warning for the desired time interval.

If you wish, you can enable recording of the log of emotions in text form, which you can then analyze independently in any convenient program.
